What happens if I lost my two-factor authenticator to log in to Game Warden?

If you lose access to your two-factor authenticator to log-in to Game Warden, contact your Customer Operations representative. They can reset your two-factor authentication for you from the admin portal.

You will then need to set up two-factor authentication again, as if for the first time. This article provides instructions on setting up a new user account and two-factor authentication.
