Release Notes¶
Check out the latest and greatest feature we've added to Game Warden. Details below.
🎉 What's new?¶
Remediate CVEs with Klowd¶
Finding vulnerabilities is only half the battle - remediating them quickly and safely is where the real work happens. To eliminate the guesswork from patching, we're introducing Remediation Plans, powered by Klowd, Game Warden's AI assistant.
Klowd now automatically generates a tailored, step-by-step remediation strategy for every CVE detected in your application - helping your team prioritize, patch, and document.

Endpoint monitoring¶
This feature automatically tests your external URLs to ensure the outside world can always reach your app.
💡 Highlights:
- Automated Uptime Checks: Regularly monitors your registered endpoints to make sure they are online and responding.
- Slack Alerts: Instantly notifies your team if an endpoint goes DOWN or recovers to UP.
- Self-Service Management: Customer Admins can easily add or manage endpoints right from App Central.

🧗 What's been improved?¶
Scanner tooling update¶
We have replaced Anchore Enterprise with Syft and Grype, expanding our scanning toolchain's coverage while preserving the functionality you rely on today.
This change takes effect automatically - no pipelines will be rerun. The updated toolchain will be used the next time a scan is performed. If you notice unexpected changes in scan results or behavior, contact your Mission Success Manager.
Advanced search and filtering in Findings page¶
Finding and prioritizing specific vulnerabilities just got a lot faster. We've introduced a comprehensive search and filtering experience to the Findings page, helping you pinpoint the exact data you need to manage remediation effectively.
💡 Highlights:
- A new search bar allows you to instantly query your vulnerabilities across multiple data points simultaneously. You can now search by CVE ID, Affected Package, Affected Image, Environment, and Scanner.
- Quickly narrow down your unresolved, pending, rejected, or approved findings using the new filter and sort icons directly attached to the table headers (such as Severity and Affected Package).
- Click the filter icon to apply more granular criteria and hone in on specific subsets of your vulnerability data.
