Manage Domain and Email Whitelist¶
This guide walks you through how to manage the domain and email whitelist in the Game Warden app as a Customer Admin.
Domain whitelist¶
The domain whitelist controls which email domains are approved for user access within
your organization (e.g., @secondfront.com).
- In the left sidebar, go to the Company Profile tab.
- Scroll down to the Domain Whitelist section.
- The table displays all currently approved domains. Use the dropdown at the bottom right to adjust the number of rows displayed, or use the arrows to page through the list.
- Click Add domain to whitelist.
- Enter the domain and click Submit.
To remove a domain, click the trash icon on the right side of the row to remove it.
Whitelist email exceptions¶
The email exceptions list grants access to specific users whose email addresses do not match any approved domain in the domain whitelist.
- In the left sidebar, go to the Company Profile tab.
- Scroll down to the Whitelist Email Exceptions section.
- The table displays all email addresses that have been granted an exception.
- Click Add exception to whitelist.
- Enter the email address and click Submit.
To remove an email exception, click the trash icon on the right side of the row to revoke the exception.
