Forgotten Password and Changed Email Address¶
Forgot Password¶
To reset your password:

Click Forgot password? on the Platform One page.
A new page opens, prompting you to enter the email address associated with your Game Warden registration.

Enter your email address.

Click Submit.

Check your email Inbox for a password reset message. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Checks
The wait may be several minutes and, during this process, check your Junk/Spam folders. If you do not receive a password reset email, there may not be a Game Warden account associated with the email address you provided. If you have questions or need additional information, contact Customer Operations via Slack or email.
Email Change¶
Should your email address change - i.e. for a domain migration, you will need to perform the following steps:
- Update the email address associated with your Platform One account by logging into login.dso.mil.
- Update your email in the Email field and click Save.
- Notify the Customer Support team by submitting a support ticket or via email at devops@secondfront.com
- The Second Front customer support team will invite you to Game Warden using your new email.
- Log in to Game Warden using your CAC or MFA.
- If using MFA and you have multiple accounts, you may need to swap between them using the provided radio buttons.
- Ensure you are using the
devsecops collaboration
option in your MFA app. - Access Game Warden!
