Forgot Password?

To reset your password:

1. Click Forgot password? on the Platform One page.

   

   A new page opens, prompting you to enter the email address associated with your Game Warden registration.

2. Enter your email address.

3. Click Submit.

   

4. Check your email Inbox for a password reset message. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
   

Checks

The wait may be several minutes and, during this process, check your Junk/Spam folders. If you do not receive a password reset email, there may not be a Game Warden account associated with the email address you provided. If you have questions or need additional information, contact Customer Operations via Slack or email.
